11. Exercising Privacy Rights

To submit an applicable privacy request, contact:

Email: info@developernetwork.io

or use any privacy-request mechanism Developer Network makes available through the Services.

Please include sufficient information for us to identify your account and understand your request.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Verification may require matching information you provide against information already associated with your account.

We will not request unnecessary sensitive information solely to verify a privacy request.

Where permitted by applicable law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.

Where legally required, Developer Network will recognize applicable opt-out mechanisms or universal opt-out signals for covered processing activities.

14. Do Not Track

Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” setting.

Because there is not a universally applied standard governing all uses of Do Not Track signals, Developer Network may not respond to traditional Do Not Track browser signals unless required by applicable law.

This does not affect our obligations concerning legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms where applicable.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other locations where Developer Network or its service providers operate.

Those jurisdictions may have different privacy laws from your jurisdiction.

If Developer Network expands into jurisdictions requiring additional international privacy disclosures or transfer mechanisms, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
